Bolivar Andrew’s Memoir “One Foot in Front of the Other,” tells the life story of a witty Texas lawyer who grew up in the Valley during World War II and went on to have a successful career with Texas Eastern before owning a Wendy’s franchise. He has dedicated much of his life to improving lives of others through numerous philanthropic endeavors and community relations. For the last year and half, Bolivar and I and his assistant worked closely on producing his memoir book, from the early concept, to several rounds of interviews and writing, to final publication.
